Angelo sent us a few pages of a cartoon he is working on. It involves a bunch of media celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Paris Hilton, Donald Trump etc. visiting the Botox Hotel where they have various plastic surgery.

The Strips here a reasonably amusing, poking fun at the stars in fairly obvious ways: Jackson dances at at his trial, Trump fires everything that moves. It's a set up that has potential as the cast can change to follow recent events.

The artwork has a nice free flowing style but really needs a bit more care with the word balloons and lettering to tidy things up... Zippotone is used to nice effect and some of the characters are spot on caricatures. The Donald Trump is particularly effective.

With a but more work this could be an appealing series, keep an eye out of it.
