Terminal Press Retro-Fits "Deep Throat"
The risqué 70's film classic "Deep Throat," from Arrow Productions, is the latest to undergo the "HARD/CORE"
treatment, in Terminal Press' new line of limited-run comic books doing artistic takes on iconic adult cinema.
Premiering at San Diego Con, "Deep Throat" takes adult film heroine Linda Lovelace into not only a new medium, but a new genre - the sci-fi government thriller. Starting where the 1972 cult film left off, Linda is still the infamous bombshell cursed with having her genitals where her tonsils should be. As one might expect, this leaves her with no end of sexual frustration, but that's the least of her problems.
It turns out that the President, Richard "Tricky Dick" Nixon, has gotten wind of Linda's unique physique, and he's sent out his own less-than-human government enforcer to track her down for a little extracurricular activity in the Oval Office. But Linda's about to find out she has some tricks of her own up her sleeve.as well as a few other places.
"Deep Throat" is written by Keith McCleary (Killing Tree Quarterly), with art by Alex Riegel, colors and letters by Narek Gevorgian and Separations by Joe Frazzetta.
"Deep Throat" will debut at the 2008 San Diego Comic Con on July 24th at booth 1221. The Limited Edition print run will only be available through terminalpress.com and Terminal Press' convention appearances.
