Robert Englund is at Comic-Con!

Comic-con 2008 is just around the corner and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (SPHE) and Anchor Bay (AB) have the fright-astic Robert Englund available for interviews, in support of Zombie Strippers (SPHE), The Spectacular Spider-Man: Attack of the Lizard! (SPHE), and Jack Brooks Monster Slayer (AB).

We will be conducting interviews at the US Grant Hotel on Thursday 7/24 from 3:30 PM -5:30 PM and Friday 7/25 from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. Please let me know if you would be interested in speaking with him, and I will provide you with a date and time that would best suit your Comic-Con schedule.

Zombie Strippers

The Spectacular Spider-Man: Attack of the Lizard!

The web-slinging super hero returns in an all-new-to-DVD, full length animated adventure The Spectacular Spider-Man: Attack of the Lizard!, arriving on DVD September 9 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television. The first of four full length Spider-Man animated adventures to be created from episodes of the hit TV series on the KidsWB!, The Spectacular Spider-Man: Attack of the Lizard! is executive produced by Stan Lee and produced by Greg Weisman and Diane A. Crea. The DVD, which also contains an exclusive bonus feature ‘The Spectacular Spider-Man Music Video’, is perfect for collectors of all ages. The Spectacular Spider-Man: Attack of the Lizard! DVD will be available for $19.94 SRP.

Jack Brooks Monster Slayer

Presented by Anchor Bay Entertainment, Jack Brooks Monster Slayer is an affectionate tribute to the monster movies of the 1980s. After witnessing the brutal murder of his family when he was just a young boy, Jack Brooks is left with an unquenchable fury. Now working as a plumber, Jack (Trevor Matthews) attempts to fix his Professor’s plumbing, only to unknowingly awake an ancient evil. Professor Crowley (Robert Englund) becomes possessed and starts a slow, gruesome transformation into the depths of evil. Only then does Jack realize that he can’t run from his past, and quickly discovers the true purpose of his inner rage.

Jack Brooks Monster Slayer will have a limited theatrical release in late summer and arrive on DVD October 7th.
